The Flex Lease Program

The Flex Lease is a program that we have developed for people with a unique need. The Flex Lease is designed for someone who needs a place to rent for an unspecified amount of time, but eventually wants to buy a house.

The Flex Lease allows you to break your current rental lease if you find the right home. Whether you are in the rental unit for 3 months or 3 years… you can break the lease at any time when you find the right home to buy. Essentially, someone who participates in the Flex Lease Program is a Renter who is a homebuyer in disguise.

Requirements: To use the Flex Lease program, we require that you use Boardwalk Realty for your realtor services. You can buy any house that is offered by any realtor that you like, but to be allowed to break the lease, you must go through Boardwalk Realty when purchasing the home.
