Information for Current Tenants

We will be adding to this page in the future. Some things that we would like you to know.

Smoking is never allowed in our buildings.
We prefer for you not to have pets. If you have a pet, there are certain limitations and financial obligations.
In single family homes we expect tenants to mow the grass.
In single family homes we expect tenants to shovel the sidewalk.
Mowing the grass and shoveling are the tenants responsibility, although we will perform these services for a fee, just ask!
You are responsible for your own garbage although you can arrange for us to take care of it for you.
You are responsible for your own utility bills, unless you have made other arrangements with Boardwalk Realty

It is very wise to have a renter's insurance policy when renting any apt. or home. The cost is negligable & the potential savings emense should your roof leak, your apt. get damaged by smoke or your furnace kicks back soot. This policy would also put you up in a hotel if your apt. needs rehab. Good landlords usually require this of you.
